At Madison Soirée, every celebration is unique! If you'd like to combine elements from different party packages or customize your event, just let us know. We love bringing your ideas to life whenever possible.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable $350 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

• A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to your final invoice.

Guest Capacity & Staffing

• Maximum capacity is 45 total guests.

• For Kids' Parties (Ages 5 & Under), an adult seating area can be added for $150.

• All parties include 2 Party Hosts.

• Parties with 13 or more children require an additional Party Host ($95 per host).

  • 13–18 children: +1 host

  • 19–24 children: +2 hosts

  • 25–30 children: +3 hosts

  • 31–36 children: +4 hosts

  • Continue adding one host for every additional 6 children.

• If 10 or more parents plan to stay during the party, a $150 supervision fee will apply.

Party Details

• Party favors and activity materials may vary based on product availability. If any significant substitutions are necessary, we will notify you before your event.

• Please provide your final guest count at least 2-3 days before your party so we can prepare materials and seating accordingly.

Arrival & Party Timing

• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your party will still end at its scheduled time, and activities may be shortened.

• We cannot extend or reschedule parties due to traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen delays.

• Once activities, cake, and Happy Birthday have concluded, the party ends at the scheduled time so our staff can prepare for the next event.

• Additional party time is available, when staffing permits, for $100 per 30 minutes.

Parent Responsibility

• The party host is responsible for the drop-off and pick-up of all guests.

• The customer, parent, or guardian hosting the event is responsible for any injuries or property damage caused by party guests.

Safety & Liability

• For the safety of all guests and staff, alcohol is strictly prohibited at children's parties.

• Madison Soirée, LLC and its employees are not responsible for allergic reactions or other medical issues related to food, crafts, makeup, hair accessories, dress-up clothing, or other party activities.

• We are also not responsible for staining or damage to skin, hair, clothing, or personal belongings resulting from party products such as makeup, colored hairspray, glitter tattoos, paint, slime, or crafting materials.

Emergencies & Cancellations
In the event of a government-mandated closure or emergency, Madison Soirée reserves the right to reschedule your event. We will work with you to arrange a new date as soon as restrictions are lifted.

Required Forms
